As a long time runner, triathlete and health professional I would like to offer you my services as a personal trainer and performance coach.

There's no reasonable goal you couldn't attain with dedicated work ethic and a result-driven attitude. Many say your weight is determined by genetics. I say you can beat the odds and have the body you want and the lifestyle that fits you the best.

Choose this if you wish to train alone and want maximum attention during the workout session. 

Couples or Buddy Training
Choose this if you train with your spouse or a friend. You may get different workouts, depending on need. 

Small Group Training
This is for you if you wish to train in a small group (3+ people). Workouts are made so we all have fun while getting in a great workout. 


Online Training
This is for you if you aren't available to meet in-person, and/or ok with less supervision.

Daniel is an amazing trainer. Unfortunately due to my work hours I was unable to continue my training and I had already paid Daniel for 20 sessions. Daniel very graciously refunded me money for unused sessions. Very professional and an honest human being

5 stars!!! I am someone who HATES working out, but I honestly look forward to my sessions with Daniel. He has been great keeping me motivated to consistently exercise and stay in shape. The workouts are always different and interesting. He wants what is best for his clients and will customize the workouts to best fit any goals. I love the convenience of him coming to my house and the flexibility of scheduling when I have time keeps me on track. On top of his expert training skills Daniel is also a really nice and friendly guy!

Daniel has been great to work with. I had been extremely active (road cycling, pilates, HIIT workouts) and tore my right achilles playing basketball. Being unable to drive, I needed to workout at home and Daniel has helped me come up with good workouts to stay for during my recovery. I also think he is a great value for in home personal training.
