As a long-time runner, triathlete, and MTB racer, I bring the same intensity and dedication to coaching that I bring to my own races, from the trails of Lake Tahoe to the mountains of Brazil.

There's no reasonable goal you couldn't attain with dedicated work ethic and a result-driven attitude. Many say your weight is determined by genetics. I say you can beat the odds.
